At Universal Love Jewelry, we view our customers as an essential part of our family. Our main objective is to make sure that you love the jewelry you wear as much as we love crafting it for you.

Refunds & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with an item, we are happy to exchange for an item of equal value or store credit ONLY– minus shipping fees. 

You must contact us within 7 days of the original receipt and the item must be in pristine condition. Exchanges and store credits will be issued upon receipt of the original item. We require returns to be shipped with delivery confirmation.

Damaged Items
If your parcel is damaged during shipping, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately and keep all packaging ( to prove the item was damaged during shipment).

Ear cuffs have to be handled very gently when making adjustments to fit your ear. Overtime if your ear cuff breaks due to over bending, you can return it and we will give you 25% off the purchase of a new ear cuff.

Shipping policies

All orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days and are shipped Priority Mail by the United States Postal Service unless otherwise specified. In an effort to be more eco-friendly we do not include an invoice. Invoices are available online. If you need to make any additions or corrections to your order please contact us immediately, sometimes we ship orders on the day of receipt. 
To request a rush shipment via a private carrier (Federal Express, DHL, UPS) please contact us directly, additional fees will apply.

Expected Delivery Times:
United States - 3 to 5 Business Days
International - 6 to 14 Business Days

Packaging:
All items are shipped in a gift box enclosed in a Priority Mail envelope. If you purchase more than one item please be sure to let us know if you need them individually wrapped as we normally combine items in one box to keep shipping costs reasonable.

***International Customers***
International Friends, you are responsible for knowing any customs regulations and paying any applicable fees. We will not be responsible for customs fees that your package may incur as they are imposed by the receiving country. We also can not declare that a purchase is a gift on a customs form. This is a federal offense in the United States and carries severe penalties.
